If you feel like you have too much to do, it’s easy to get burned out by trying to do it all.
Stop trying already unless someone will be harmed if you don’t do the thing!
Think about what has to be done without question like feeding your fur or human babies, or going to work at the job you’re paid for.
Allocate time for those absolute essentials.
Then allow an hour or so a day for “almost” essentials like cleaning, laundry, cooking and grocery shopping (or delegate them).
And give yourself eight hours to sleep.
Then see how much time you have left over that you get to decide what to do with.
Divide up that time – half to get stuff done in your business, half for personal care, time with your family & friends, fun and chilling out.
There’s probably less time than you think for getting business done.
Don’t freak out.
You don’t need to do all the things to succeed.
Use a detailed task list for that small parcel of precious time.
And move forward by checking things off every day.
You’ll probably make more progress that way than if you had all the time in the world to faff around scrolling through Facebook. 💖
