Hi

Be careful about giving yourself a label because it can be very limiting.

If you call yourself a serial procrastinator, it’s just gives you an excuse to never start anything.

And if you label yourself a perfectionist, it means you can safely never finish even if you start!

Think how “I’m terrible with tech” affects you if you run an online business.

It’s debilitating.

Try a better phrase: “I’m learning as much tech as I need to know and I know enough to outsource to experts when required.”

Even a label that seems like a good one may limit you.

For example, a label like “hard worker” sounds like it’s going to be in your favor.

But it just makes it more difficult to take a much needed break and when you do, you have to make sure you don’t beat yourself up about it!

Humans are capable of change.  This means YOU can change.

You can be anything you want to be. You can change your life and your business.

So don’t label yourself in any way that keeps you stuck. 💖
