Hi

I spend a lot of my time on itty bitty tasks even though all the productivity gurus will tell you not to.

I get why that is, but even though I have two awesome VAs now working in my corner of the Internet I don’t outsource all those tasks.

The thing is, and this is what the productivity gurus don’t seem to get, I can’t spend all my time on deep high-value work.

In my case, this would be strategizing, and designing, and writing.

My brain feels too frazzled after a few hours of that and I’ll goof off.

And I’ll either goof off and watch Netflix or goof off and do the itty bitty tasks.

So I may as well do the itty bitty tasks until I have enough spare cash to outsource Netflix time. 🤣

Problems only arise if you do nothing but itty bitty tasks and never get to the high-value work.

It’s a balance thing.
