There are a lot of tasks which need to be done over and over again.
Unless you do the “task killer” task.
Reduce your work by half by doing as many “task killer” tasks as you can.
For example, instead of having to think of something to eat for dinner every night, plan a month’s worth of meals in one go and put them on repeat month after month.
Or even easier, note down what you eat each day for a month and then repeat it, substituting only where you tried something, and you or your family didn’t like it.
Or your family went off the thing they’ve been eating for years.
Or the weather went from scorching to freezing cold. 🤣
It saves a lot of thinking!
Another example, keep a spreadsheet of things you keep having to look up, or create instructions for things you have to do more than once but don’t remember how.
And then there’s teaching others to do something when everything falls on you.
Teach it once and let it go!
That might be your kid or someone else in your family.
Or it could mean outsourcing some of your tasks.
