It strikes me that the difference between the person who makes a million and the one who doesn’t is often surprisingly small.
The affiliate marketers who make a hundred sales a day are not that different from those who make one or two.
The indie authors who sell a million copies (the ones who aren’t famous or prize-winning but who readers recommend on TikTok) aren’t a hundred times better writers than authors who sell six copies.
And the athletes who earn the biggest sponsorship deals often beat their competitors by just a few hundredths of a second.
The gap between good and exceptional is often much smaller than it looks.
That’s encouraging.
Because it means you don’t have to become a completely different person to improve your results.
You just need to identify the handful of skills that make the biggest difference in your business and keep getting a little better at them.
Those small edges add up.
