A reminder I had today at my diet class.
Having reached my target last week after 27 weeks of effort, I put on a pound and a half this week.
I didn’t follow the maintenance plan!
It’s so easy after a successful project to let things slide and lose everything you gained (or in this case put on weight I lost. 🤣)
If you gathered up a lot of email subscribers, don’t neglect them!
If you got traffic with blog posts or social media, keep writing and posting.
Maybe December is a very busy time for you, but don’t lose sight of the progress you made in 2023.
You can tread water while you deal with life stuff, but you still need to do something to maintain what you have.
Or you’ll have to make a much bigger effort to get back on track in January. 💖
