I heard a funny term yesterday.

It was a new one on me anyway. I don’t get out much.🤣

The article talked about taking care of your meat suit.

Apparently, “meat suit” just means your body.

But beyond the funny term, the article had a serious message.

Look after your body it said if you want your brain to do good work.

So no wonder I’m muddled and distracted 🤣

I’m planning to restart daily yoga, to eat more veggies, and to walk 10k steps a day this fall.
