There’s that well-known book with the title “In Praise of Slow” and for sure, you don’t have to rush through everything like a caffeine-crazed wildebeest when you’re building your business.
But there’s slow and there’s not putting much time or effort into the actions you know you need to do.
Or putting things off over and over again so you never actually do the thing.
Along with praising slow, they say that success loves speed.
And you can see why that works. You try the thing without wasting time and quickly see if it’s working or not. And then do more of it or try another thing.
But it’s all about balance and feeling good about what you’re doing, not driving yourself into the ground.
