Instead of needing to have an answer for everything, they ask questions and listen to people with different experiences. They remain willing to change their minds when better information appears.
Knowledge is always handy. The more of it the better. But thinking you already know a topic puts an end to learning.
Becoming smarter means being curious enough to keep discovering what you don’t know yet. You can't go wrong if you make a habit of that! 💖
