Where one would-be entrepreneur is finding more information, checking out the risks, and deliberating under the guise of “more research” so they don’t waste time on a wrong decision, the entrepreneur who “gets it” has researched to get the main facts of the matter and then decided.
The successful one has implemented the decision and found out if it is right or not while the would-be entrepreneur is still worried about wasting precious time and effort.
Six-months later the careful “not wanting to take a risk or waste time” entrepreneur has actually wasted six months. They still don’t know if their idea will work. The successful one has either been reaping the rewards of a quick decision for six months or has moved onto others decisions, each one of which could be a hit.
