Hi
We all have the a limited amount of time to spend each day on building a business.
And responsibility for choosing where we spend it.
No doubt you’re feeling the pressure of having too much to do in those hours (or minutes!) available for work.
I know I do.
So when you get a chunk of time, there’s really only one question to ask yourself.
What is the best use of my time right now?
If you have a few hours, ask that question at the top of each hour.
Only 10 minutes? Ask before you sit at your computer or put finger to keyboard.
The best use of your time won’t usually be email except in those slots you set aside for that. Or social media except for planned activities.
The best use of your time is almost always in completing the next action for one of your current projects.
The more you ask the question (and follow the answer) the faster you’ll succeed.
Find yourself getting easily distracted? As soon as you notice that, don’t beat yourself up.
We all do that after all! It’s a human thing. 🤣
Just stop and ask, “Is this the best use of my time right now?” and move back onto that “best use of your time” action. 💖
