I started a habits experiment yesterday with 22 new daily habits to do for 30 days.
Apparently, I forgot my own advice about just focusing on one thing. 🤣
I know already that I’m going to fail every single day because they’ll take me about 3 hours to complete if I do them all.
And they don’t include the work I want to do for my business this year.
Or habits I already have that I don’t need to monitor like walking the dog or eating healthy food.
Yesterday, I did 21 of the 22 new habits.
But that’s about 18 more than I would have done without the experiment.
So it’s all good.
I’m going to see which ones stick around and become real habits.
And call those a win.
Every one of them is a little bit life-changing if they become habits. So any level of success is a win.
If you’re trying to change too much at once too, don’t beat yourself up about what you can’t maintain. Just celebrate the victories! 💖
