If you have a problem, you can’t make it go away by thinking about it.

It will just get worse in your mind.

The only way to get over a problem is to take action.

If you’re not sure what you should do first, research the solution.

With a time limit.

Otherwise, you’re just delaying taking action.

And if there is no clear solution once you research, you just have to use your best guess and then move forward once the results are apparent.
