You can use the same test in business. Imagine that tomorrow is the day you have to begin the course, create all the extra content, attend the weekly calls, fulfil the collaboration or start feeding the wonderful new business opportunity you agreed to. 🤣
Then imagine you said no and the opportunity is no longer available. Do you regret losing something that genuinely mattered, or are you mostly relieved?
Your feelings about those two possibilities may tell you whether this is a real opportunity or just another demand on your time. 💖
