I read about a concept today that struck a chord with me.

It was something like “when you’re running around like a headless chicken, don’t add a new process to control your activities, subtract something.”

And it made a lot of sense to me because I keep thinking up more and more ideas to start and I just get the plates spinning only to find that I’m a bottleneck in making any progress on them.

So now I’m thinking about what projects I will remove until I have time to pay them proper attention.
