Have you seen those word of the year exercises?

I’m sure I did one of them last year but I forgot what my word was a week or two after I decided on it. 🤣

So I thought I’d have a word of the month instead.

I had two contenders fighting it out this time: HEALTH and ACTION.

And HEALTH won.

Mainly because 2021 was such an action year but I didn’t do much to keep myself healthy (apart from staying away from crowds!)

I need to remember to give myself some breaks this month and not spend so much of the day at the PC.

Yet here I am at 9.30 pm on a Sunday night (in Brit land time) writing a newsletter.

Note to self: get my email schedule sorted out!

On the other hand, I’ve just come back from a long walk with Alfie and the fridge is stocked with salad.

Just hoping that the trash can is not stocked with salad by the end of the week which is what usually happens!
