Apparently, if you want inspiration to arrive as if by magic, you should be telling your brain what you want just before you go to sleep.

Jot down your goals, then ask your brain questions, and let your subconscious sort out the answers while you get your night’s rest.

The more specific your questions the better.

In the morning, so you don’t forget what your brain came up with, instead of grabbing your phone, free write any thoughts that come to mind before they disappear. (Keep a notebook and pen beside your bed.)

I’m going to try it tonight 😊 I often come up with ideas in the early morning anyway while I’m in a half-awake state so I think this will just be a way of making ideas happen more often.
