Hi

Ideas come easy to me. I have filled a ton of notebooks with them.

And I’m not bad at getting stuff done once I get going on it.

But in between idea and action, there’s always a part of me holding back.

Thinking all the things.

Not quite believing I can pull off a difficult project.

Second guessing.

So in the past year or so, I’ve been working on myself more than usual.

Instead of just being totally focused on the practical business and marketing strategies and skills I use in my business, I’ve been doing a lot of mindset work.

And wow – that stuff really does make a difference.

At this point I can see my brain was like a brake holding back growth and revenue.

But I also know I still have plenty of work to do on that.

Maybe it’s a never-ending task, and I’m okay if it is; human brains like to keep us small and safe after all.

So if ever you can’t find me for half an hour, I’ll be over here examining my brain. 🤣
