I saw an interesting quote today about productivity:
“If the activity you’re doing isn’t contributing to your goals or helping your emotional or physical well-being, why are you doing it?”
And now I see, how much “stuff” I’m doing during working hours that is just busy work.
No contribution whatsoever!
And how much free time is just meh time!
So in theory, I could get about 4 hours a day back or about 60 whole days a year. 🤣
But I feel a bit like a rabbit in the headlights.
Where to start culling activities?
I guess, you don’t start with winning back 4 hours a day, but by getting back 30 minutes at a time and building from there.
When you look at how you spend your time, how many days could you get back for the rest of the year? 💖
