New Year’s Resolutions have never worked for me.
Or I have never worked at them.
Both statements are true. 🤣
I create them and then another year goes by and I still have the same goals.
Year after year.
I don’t know about you, I’ve never woken up on January 1st being an entirely different person.
So I didn’t pay last year’s resolutions any attention. I’m not sure I even bothered to set any to be honest.
I think it’s because I don’t work well with rules. Even my own. 🤣
If I want to get something done, I make a project out of it, and baby step it to the finish.
I like the focus on action, not on making sweeping changes that are hard to make stick.
This means I probably need to read that book about making habits work again (for the third time LOL)
But anyway, I have a few projects in mind for this year that I’ll tackle one by one.
Projects beat resolutions hands down every time for me.
