Today is boxing day in the UK with another family dinner so I’m not 100% back to work yet, but I AM thinking about next year.
I don’t do a lot of detailed planning because the online world changes so fast but I’m having fun designing the branding strategy for a new site.
The site is live already because I put a product from it in a bundle a couple of months ago, but I’m following my own advice just to take things one step at a time.
Nothing has to be perfect right out of the gate.
Sites and businesses are a work in progress.
Just like us.
A site has to work for your customers and look reasonably okay.
But the rest is icing on the cake.
The better the icing, the better the cake will sell.
That’s true.
But cakes without icing (or frosting as I think it’s called in the US) sell all day long. 😊.
