I’m just posting an image today because I’m a bit wiped out after a two-hour phone call to customers services of a big retail store here in the UK.
I was polite but firm (It’s a British thing, even when we’re mad as hell 🤣) Even quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015, stood my ground, and escalated twice to more senior people, but still lost the fight. And I could take it further to the Small Claims Court, but I won’t because I’ve been stressed about this one thing for too long already. They probably rely on that to beat you down!

Take plenty of action even if it’s way off the mark and doesn’t have the desired result like mine. (I’m still glad I made the final phone call to try to resolve the situation because now I can start the acceptance phase 😟) 💖
