The hills around here are alive just now with a yellow shrub called gorse that has a faint pineapple scent, and it’s lovely, to breathe it in, taking in a view of the whole city of Edinburgh and the water and hills beyond.
It’s on walks like these with puppy, Alfie, (or in the shower) that I get nearly all of my ideas. And this being Scotland, it’s often the case that you get the shower and the walk at the same time. 🤣
In any case, ideas rarely happen when I’m supposed to be working, sitting staring at a screen.
So if you’re lacking inspiration for your latest project, close down your PC and give yourself a break without planning to think about anything at all. See what comes to you like magic in the fresh air 😊
Software training: Amember
Amember is one of those software programs that works like a dream once you have it set up. It’s been around for years, and it’s well maintained and supported. But it’s complex and it took me ages to understand it and to feel confident enough in what I was doing with it to put my store live.
It’s no coincidence that I finally managed to go live shortly after watching Ruthie’s training “Amember Demystified.” which was in the deluxe part of her Spring bundle.
