It’s that time of year again when we get busy setting too many goals.

You know you’re supposed to focus on one thing at a time.

But that’s impossible for most of us.

We’re multi-dimensional people.

In any case, I’d still recommend focusing on no more than three in any one month.

And also using a “one thing a day” strategy.

The one thing a day strategy means doing one thing towards each of the goals you’re focusing on every day.

One tiny thing.

For example, if you want to write a novel, write at least one sentence.

If you’re creating a printables shop, create a minimum of one page, or one product description, or one promo graphic.

Every single day.

Of course, you’ll do more on many days but if you do something every single day, you’ll keep up momentum and never lose sight of your goals.

You won’t get to February and wonder where all your good intentions went. 💖
