We need to learn to take fast decisions on small things, because the decisions only get more difficult and the consequences more serious later and we have to be prepared for that.
And we need to get used to putting our products, opinions, and ourselves out there when only a few people are watching (and potentially criticizing) because those crowds (and critics) will only get bigger.
