There are a lot of platitudes around about not overthinking things and just getting on with it.
And I have some sympathy with that if you are just procrastinating and not taking action.
But so many people just jump into a business without much thought at all.
They don’t think about who is going to buy their product and service and why customers would spend good money with them.
They don’t think through how they are going to reach these customers without spending a small fortune in ads or spending every minute of the day promoting.
And they don’t even think about whether they will enjoy the kind of life they are setting themselves up for.
I know this because I’ve done a lot of underthinking in my time. 🤣
Selling on Ebay was just one notable example of many! So profitable and yet, not for me at all.
I wasted years on different projects I hadn’t thought about enough!
If you’re not sure about the direction you’re heading, please spend some time today thinking about your business and the kind of work it will inevitably mean day in day out.
It’s never a mistake to switch things up if you’ve been underthinking. 💖
