The talk today in the local business networking group I’m in was by sales coach, Anna.

She was telling us about the statistic that 80% of buyers need to hear about a service at least five times before they’re ready to buy.

But only 10% of business owners follow up and talk about their offer five times.

This means that 90% of sellers are chasing 20% of the market and 10% of business owners are grabbing an 80% share.

She then gave an example of what she’d say in those five follow ups, but it was about emailing individuals to sell a premium service (like coaching.)

I was trying to equate this to selling digital products online and I guess, it means things like sending multiple emails via an autoresponder, being all over social media, and targeting people who have already shown interest with ads during a launch.

Being seen everywhere, multiple times, in other words.

That’s a lot of work, it’s true.

But being in the top 10% of anything always is.

If you want to do this, remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day.

It’s time for another set of baby steps!

If you typically have fewer than five touchpoints for people entering your online world or in your launch, add one extra contact point at a time.

Review your welcome sequences bit by bit and improve your launch sequence every time you do it.

You can build this up from any starting point.  💖
