Hi

Just sharing something that I’m trying out at the moment to cut down the sheer amount of “stuff” in my online world.

I’m calling it my “Minus One” project.

The idea is that you take any area where you have “too much” and always end the day with at least one fewer than you did before.

You do this every day until you have “just enough.”

Then you move onto another area.

Did that make sense? (It’s late here LOL)

Let’s see if an example will help.

Say you are in hundreds of Facebook Groups. (That would be me then 🤣)

You spend ten minutes a day culling them until you’re in a manageable number of groups (keeping the ones you can remember joining and enjoy being part of.)

From that point on, if you join any new ones, you operate a “one in one out” policy so you never end up with too many again.

You can do this for all kinds of things.

On my list (so far) apart from FB groups I have email subscriptions, paid subscriptions, unused PLR content, blank notebooks, pens, unopened training courses, PDF print outs, bank and credit card statements, clothes and shoes, glasses and mugs, books (ebooks and real books), makeup, scarves…

This could take a while, given how many I have of all these things, but Rome wasn’t built in a day, as the saying goes. 🤣
