I’m always looking for ways to get through my too-long To Do list.

It’s full of too many good things I never get around to.

My latest experiment is with the 3-3-3 method I read about in an article by Sinem Günel which shows some promise.

At the end of each day, I’m planning these things (on top of my regular routine tasks):

▶️ 3 hours focused time on one important project (this may end up being just an hour depending what kind of time I have that day)
▶️ 3 urgent or important tasks that take less than an hour each
▶️ 3 admin tasks to get off my plate

So far, I seem to be getting through more tasks than before.
