Despite lockdown (still going on here in Scotland), this year seems to have gone in a flash, which is crazy.
Normally, I’d have visited at least a couple of other countries by this stage in the year, had lunches and dinners out, and shopping trips, celebrated birthdays with family in England, taken in a couple of local galleries or exhibitions, seen about ten movies at the cinema, and met up with friends countless times.
This year, virtually nothing.
If I had to guess, I’d say having a new puppy and a new business keeps me so busy I’m not even noticing being stuck at home or the year whizzing by.
To be honest, I’m a little bit jealous of those who have time to be bored, but only a little bit.😊
And I’m very glad to have made so many new friends online.
When the dust settles on all this, life will be different, for sure. But not all of the changes will be bad.
I’m kicking myself because I missed two products I wanted that were on sale this week by putting things off until later.
I just got busy and forgot.
More than likely I’ll never get those products, which is a pity for me AND the seller.
Here are a few things you might not want to miss.
Carmen’s Etsy Course Flash Sale
Five easy video lessons on how start an Etsy shop. Only $19 while it’s on sale with coupon code ETSYFLASH (nearly 50% off the normal price.)
Take a look here (Ends tomorrow.)
What I like about this: It’s a very quick, easy to follow course that will give you the essentials if you don’t have the budget or time for a larger course. Also, for anyone who likes to know everything before taking the first step, follow this and get your store live! You can do the rest later!
Grief Therapy Journal Flash Sale
Anyone who has ever lost anyone close (all of us?) knows how important it is to work through those feelings of grief, and journaling is a very practical way to do it.
Michelle, one of the nicest, and most helpful people creating journals and planners, has relaunched this wonderful grief therapy journal to support people through the most difficult of times.
It’s just $17 with coupon code APRIL10 for the weekend. If you missed it earlier in the year, take a look at it now.
What I like about this: This journal is filled with prompts and content from someone who has experienced deep loss. It provides real help to those who need it.
Two Week Challenge: Make Real Progress in Your Business
Coach Val Selby, who many of you got to know via the Homepreneur’s Adventure summit, is holding a two week Get Biz Done challenge
This is the second time Val has run a challenge like this, and those who actively participated last time have begged her to do it again.
The idea is that we (and yes, I’ve signed up for this, too) take action on something we’ve been putting off in our business. I’ll be working on getting a low content book published on Amazon.
The challenge is already budget friendly, but don’t forget to use my COUPON code GBDHAPPY for 50% off and make it even better.
What I like about this: This is a way of making real progress in a fun, friendly group and it’s a great way to try out Val’s coaching to see if it’s for you.
TIP: If you tend to buy courses but not take action on them, do this before purchasing anything else you will learn but not implement!
Spring Cleaning Checklists
To celebrate the sunshine 😍 I launched these for just $7 with coupon SPRING20 on Friday. The coupon is good until April 21st
Printable checklists are ideal to create a pretty & practical instant product or opt in. Take a look here for all the details.
What I like about these: Everything because they are in my shop LOL But I’m especially in love with the pink and green floral theme
There’s also an optional extension with 32 more pages to create a bigger planner for just $10.
New Low Cost Email Course
If you’re struggling to know what to write in your emails and hate pressing the send button, Faith has a great new low cost course which is sure to help out.
I’ve been sending emails for years, and when I write it feels like I’m writing to a friend. (Hi there 😊) sharing parts of my life and helping where I can.
But I still learned a lot from Faith’s course.
And that’s because her course is all about getting email subscribers engaged and getting more of the replies that sometimes land in my inbox and make my day when something I’ve written has helped.
Faith’s course will help you enjoy and profit more from your email marketing and that’s important if you want to stay motivated to do it, not once in a blue moon, but as a regular thing.
This is only $37 right now with coupon code ENGAGE37
What I like about this: Faith spills all the secrets of engaging her subscribers with plenty of examples and results including her revenue per subscriber which is off the charts. I was engaged 😊 from beginning to end.
Flash Sale on a Deluxe Vintage Wedding Planner
Becky is having a flash sale on her Vintage Wedding Planner until Wednesday. Save $20 with code BRIDE2BE
Finally, brides are starting to plan weddings again so it’s a good time to get a planner up in your shop. Take a look at everything included.
What I like about this: This has a lot more templates than many wedding planners and if vintage is not your thing you can create your own design as Becky includes a black and white version.
Working From Home PLR Launch
If you’re in the homepreneur niche, there’s a great new pack full of content from Piggy Makes Bank’s new site PLR SOS that is perfect for creating blog posts, emails, and opt-in lead magnets.
And it’s only only $14.95 until April 26th at midnight EST.
What I like about this: You get 10 articles and 10 emails (I love the titles) plus 10 Canva templates (great for opt ins) from a trusted producer of PLR for one tiny price.
I hope you have a great week ahead, get business done, and I’ll catch you soon with more tips, freebies, and some offers (but only the ones I personally think are great value and know the quality to be good.)
P.S. I delivered the Amazon Book Description bonus to everyone who claimed it with their course receipt yesterday. If you have yet to claim this, or it fell into a black hole in the Interwebs instead of getting delivered into your inbox, let me know. 😍

I will receive a small commission if you buy through my affiliate links, which helps me keep the lights on, but the product will not cost you more.
