Hi

We are only human.

The only way we can get ourselves to do what it takes to create a successful business is if we believe we will succeed.

And that all the hard work will be worth it.

That’s true even if you love what you do, because there are always some parts of what you have to do that are less fun than the parts you like (looking at you accounts 🤣)

If you don’t believe you’ll succeed, why would you even bother?

So then you’re left with the question, how can I get the belief I need when I just don’t have it?

You can gather up the evidence.

If there are other people out there succeeding at what you’re doing, you can too.

Maybe you have to learn a few skills, take a course, figure out a strategy.  But that’s okay. The successful ones had to learn it all too.

I had the day “off” yesterday, removing the old dark green carpet that was in my office when we moved in 23 years ago (and it was far from new then 🤣)

Now I have the old messy 120 year old floorboards that I’m trying to believe will eventually become a beautiful new floor.

Next step rewiring.
