A lot of training programs provide a step-by-step process to help you succeed.
I’m all in favor of that.
Simple and clear guidelines to follow.
But what they don’t and can’t give you is an action-taking brain or mindset.
That one is on you (and me!)
It’s up to us to follow the program, take the steps, and then to adjust them based on our own circumstances, skills, and results.
Too many of us treat a step-by-step program like a gym membership we pay for but rarely use.
We’re disappointed by the outcome but we don’t give the training a chance to work.
