One of the things I’m noticing with my new 2024 habits is that the later in the day it gets, the less likely I am to do them.
But some of them need to be done later in the day or it will end up being my work that I’m not doing. 🤣😟
So I’m trying a new half and half thing this week.
Half an hour working then half an hour on my habits to see if I get more done.
It’s a tad annoying having to almost trick myself into doing the things I want to do.
Human brains are weird for sure. My dog knows what he wants and just does it. 🤣 💖
