Thirteen days after beginning, and as I expected, I’ve failed to keep up with my 22 new habits.
But I can’t count the experiment (which is still ongoing) as a failure.
I’ve found two habits which I completely struck off my list – things I wanted to do but when it came down to it they weren’t worth the effort.
And I’ve realized which of the habits are easy to do and so I’ll keep those going because they are so easy.
As well as which habits are the ones that will have the most impact on my life and which I want to focus on most even though they are more difficult to make myself do.
I haven’t been consistent with any of the habits though. I’ve missed at least one day on all of them.
But I’m going to keep aiming to do 20 a day and see what happens.
And it’s all good because in 13 days I’ve taken 141 positive actions I wouldn’t otherwise have taken. 🤣
