At least, my email tells me that every day.
One tells me I should be doing Pinterest.
Another Instagram reels.
Get on video they say.
Sell a group coaching program!
Start a quiz!
You could drive yourself bananas if you follow all that advice.
(And probably spend a fortune on courses to learn how!)
But the lovely thing about being in business for yourself is that there are no real shoulds when it comes to your strategies.
You choose what to do and (more importantly) what not to do!
You decide how quickly you’ll grow and how.
You’re the boss. If you want to take the day off, take it and no telling yourself what you should be doing instead. Enjoy it!
The confusion comes in (and the overwhelm) because there are thousands of ways to succeed and every guru under the sun has their own way.
If there’s one thing you should do, (my piece of should advice which you can also choose to ignore 🤣) I’d say take a decision about what’s right for you and then stick with it.
That way you can happily ignore all the other shoulds that try to crowd your brain. 💖

ONE OF MY FAVE TOOLS! THRIVECART
I hesitated for ages before I bought Thrivecart.
It’s a big chunk of change and another thing to learn to use.
But that hugely powerful program is not as tricky as I expected.
Compared to Amember which I use for my printables shop, it’s a breeze, and there are very clear step by step instructions in their help section.
