Instead take the dog, hamster or gerbil (or really just yourself) for a walk (ten minutes will do) and decide on the most important thing that needs to get done first.
Then forget everything else and just do that.
Repeat this “walk & action” routine three times.
You’ll feel much better once you’ve checked three things off your list and you’ll have had 30 minutes of essential exercise too 💖
