Even though I had the expensive course, I bought this one last year as it’s by the American guy who knows the most about hiring in the Philippines. He owns the agency where I found Kareen and which the expensive course recommends.

But that’s when you’re likely to come unstuck. There’s a multi-step process in the course that John teaches that is very similar to the one I used that gives you the best possible chance of finding the right person. This saves a lot of hassle and money employing unsuitable people.
