Success is not a one-and-done effort.
It takes consistency.
Most of us know that. We just find it hard to do.
According to an article I read today by Jamie Northrup, we’re generally not trying to be consistent at really difficult tasks.
The tasks themselves are easy.
The problem we have is that we’re trying to be consistent at too many things.
If you only have one thing a day to do, it’s easy to do it.
Get it done first thing, and that’s it!
If you have more capacity than that, choose the top three things that will make the most difference in your business. Practice being consistent with them until you know you can trust yourself to do them. Only then, add in another task or two.
