We like to think consistency means powering through no matter what.
As if we could always show up with the same energy, do exactly the same routine, and get consistent results.
But real life isn’t like that.
Sometimes being consistent needs you to adapt to what’s going on in your life
On the days you’ve got time and focus, go big.
On the days you don’t, scale it down and do an easier version or take a smaller step.
No one is perfect. But it is important to keep going at whatever level you can manage.
That creates momentum and progress.
So on bad days don’t worry about doing everything you could on a good day.
Just keep going and do what you can. It’s okay to change how you show up.
Some days, showing up at all counts for a lot. 💖
