Hi
Hours when you’re available to work come and go every day.
Whether those hours are powerful or not is up to you.
You can spend them doing busy work.
We all have endless amounts of that to keep us occupied.
Or you can totally fritter those hours away.
Sadly if you do that, you’ll have nothing to show for all that frittering or busy work in 5, 10 or 20 years.
Just a whole lot of wasted opportunity.
Instead, choose a goal.
An important long-term goal that you’d love to achieve in 5 or 10 years.
And for at least one hour per day set yourself a task that will take you closer to your goal.
For best results, make it a task you can do from start to finish in an hour (a “single session outcome” something awesome coach Naima taught me.)
If you do this consistently for a month, you’ll make progress on your major goal at a steady clip and before long you’ll have so much momentum that you’ll want to add more power hours to every day. Do as many as you wish. There are no goal police getting in your way! 💖
