Hi
I got up this morning and did my yoga routine.
It’s a new habit I’ve been trying to get into, tied to the trigger of putting the kettle on to boil for my morning cuppa.
Sometimes I feel a bit grumbly about it and I want to bypass it so I get my tea quicker.
But this morning, it’s my birthday and I decided to see yoga not as a task I had to do but as a present to myself, a gift of the things that yoga brings, and why I’m doing it.
And then I somehow managed to book a dentist appointment on my birthday, too, so I tried to see that as gift as well. It was a gift to my teeth at least! 🤣
