Hi
Every day since the the beginning of July I’ve been doing tiny things consistently.
And now around 40 days later, I’m seeing what a huge difference they have made.
I’ve got rid of a ton of paperwork from my office and thousands of old emails from my system.
My house is looking surprisingly picked up.
I’ve trimmed my To Do list of a lot of tasks I was never going to do and done quite a few other small niggly things.
And I feel surprisingly lighter for it all.
None of these things has taken more than ten minutes here and there throughout the day but repetition (40 times!) has made all the difference.
I’m not stopping any of this any time soon. It feels too good.
What tiny things could you start doing every day to lighten your load? One day will make no difference at all but by the end of September you could feel a whole lot better too! 💖
