If you feel like you got nothing done in a day or a week when you intended to work, you may start to beat yourself up.

But giving yourself a hard time about your imposter syndrome or your perfectionism or whatever, won’t change anything.
Instead, schedule time to work on your hang-ups whether with a journal, a workbook, or a coach.
