So you try to have everything in place before you begin. Enough knowledge. Enough skills. Enough time.

It feels like you’re being sensible and thinking things through, but sometimes it’s a way of staying safely in the planning stage.

Getting started is where discoveries are made and learning happens. It’s where you gain the skills you need to continue.

You can keep high standards for the finished work. Just don’t insist on having every i dotted and t crossed before you allow yourself to begin. 💖
