Try asking, “So what could I do now despite all that?”

You may not be able to do everything you want, but you can do something.

You may not have succeeded before, you you can learn from that and try again.

The question doesn’t make the problem disappear or pretend that obstacles don’t matter, but it stops that one thing from having the final word.

So, what’s the story you keep telling yourself about why you can’t do it yet?

Say “so what?” and see what becomes possible anyway. 💖
