You see, half the time we think we are working on our goals, our business, our fitness or whatever.
But we’re really kidding ourselves.
For example, you might tell yourself you’re working hard on your business.
When you’re really faffing around with email.
Or going down rabbit holes on social media.
Or tweaking your new website for the millionth time. (That would be me then. 🤣😊)
A notebook will keep you honest.
Log everything you do and how long you spend on it.
In fact, write down the exact task you’re going to do before you hit your PC and then do that task.
This is a principle I’ve been using for the past week to drop a few pounds.
“Bite it, write it,” is my slogan in this case, and I’m jotting down calories. 🤣
Truthfully, it’s a bit tedious. I could do without it.
But it’s working like gangbusters.
Now it’s time to use it for work too. 💖

The latest release from Niranjan and Bing the How to Draw Books Generator can’t have passed you by because everyone seems to be emailing about it.
