Plan your meals on the Weekly Meal Planner sheet using a list of regular meals you love to cook or get inspiration from the Online and Printed Recipe Library tabs, as well as the sheet containing your own treasured recipes.
Add ingredients to your shopping list as you plan and print your list out or use it online as you shop. You can view your list according to item category or store where you will purchase to match the way you shop.
This Meal Planner Spreadsheet provides a whole system with everything you need to take care of weekly meal planning and grocery shopping. At the end of the week you can reuse your meal plan and edit it if you wish, keep it as a record for later or start afresh.
You can use the spreadsheet to solve your own “what’s for dinner” dilemmas, but you also get commercial rights to the Meal Planner Spreadsheet system so you can sell it in your shop.

How does the Meal Planner work?
The Meal Planner spreadsheet uses the free Google Sheets app that people can access on any device.
To set up the sheets, users follow the simple instructions on the getting started sheet to tailor the spreadsheet for their own preferences including meals, ingredients, stores to shop from, and recipes.
The spreadsheet is fully customizable to meet the preferences of any user. Typical units and ingredients have been pre-populated to assist with user set up but these are fully editable too.
After basic data entry, operating the spreadsheet is easy as dropdowns (using the set up data) are available for most fields.
Not sure what to make for dinner with the available ingredients? Enter up to five ingredients in the recipe finder to locate favorites from the online recipe or printed recipe lists. Handy links to locate all the details are included.
Any ingredients you don’t have on hand for the meals you have planned can be added to the shopping item selection sheet with a quick “go to” feature.
Items then appear automatically on the final shopping list which can be sorted by store or category.

Can I make the planner unique?
The Meal Planner come with commercial rights to edit and sell. You get the Google Sheets template so you can edit as you wish.
You will also receive an illustrated PDF instruction booklet for Google Sheets showing you exactly how to change the:
- Header graphic
- Header background
- Color of the cells
and to:
- Edit an existing item in the Shopping Data sheet
- Add a new item in the Shopping Data sheet
- Add additional rows to the Weekly Meal Planner, Item Selection, Online and Printed Recipe Library

Frequently Asked Questions
I prefer Excel. Can I use that instead?
The Meal Planner use Google Sheet and has not been tested on Excel. However, if you purchase, you’re welcome to create a version of the tracker in Excel if you wish.
Can I customize the Meal Planner?
You can change anything you wish about the Meal Planner before you sell it including the text, graphics, and design. You can also add additional pages if you wish and package the product up in a different format. Or customize it for a specific niche or audience.
Do customers need to have experience with Google Sheets to use the Meal Planner?
No, the spreadsheet is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, even for those who have no prior experience with spreadsheets and getting started instructions are included in the product itself.
Can the Meal Planner be used on a mobile device or tablet?
Yes, the spreadsheet is compatible with both desktop and mobile devices, allowing you to track and look at your data on the go.
Can I pass on the PLR rights to the template or sell it
Your rights only allow you to sell the spreadsheet to end users NOT to pass the PLR rights to others.

Do I need to buy software to use the template?
No, all you need is a free Google account to use or edit the Tracker template plus any graphics you would like to replace.
If I put this up for sale, will you guarantee it will sell?
I can’t guarantee sales as
a) it’s against FTP rules and
b) sales are always dependant on the effort you put into the product and your marketing strategies.
Are there any upsells?
